HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS These conditions are an agreement between parties. Any infringement permits the Agent or Owner to refuse a key, amend the rental and/or terminate the tenancy without refund. UNDER THE FEDERAL PRIVACY ACT WE ARE NOW REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ATTACHED PRIVACY COLLECTION NOTICE SIGNED AND ON FILE FOR ALL HOLIDAY PROPERTIES. PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Booking Fee A $33.00 booking fee (GST Inclusive) applies all bookings taken for holiday accommodation. This fee is additional to the rental accommodation charge and has been included in your fee. Bookings We welcome you to view the property prior to booking either in person or on our website www.judithwrightre.com.au. Tenants hereby accept the premises as booked and cannot be relocated. With regard to telephone bookings, we accept no responsibility for misdescription. Payment The balance of the total rental is to be paid in full 14 days prior to occupancy. We accept cash, cheque, money order or credit card (Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard). Cancellations In the event of a cancellation, rental monies paid will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the period originally booked and for the same tariff. Arrival and Departure Times Arrival is between 2.00pm and 5.00pm, if arrival time is outside normal Office hour’s prior arrangements for key collection will need to be made. Departure is 10.00am, unless otherwise arranged with the Agent. Late departure may be requested to the Agent, however it will be no later than 12.00 noon. Unfortunately, during peak times i.e. Christmas holidays it is impossible to be flexible with departure times due to rapid turnover of tenants. At any other time we will try to be as flexible as possible. Keys must be returned to 54 Thompson Avenue, Cowes and definitely not left at the property. Linen Tenants must supply their own sheets, pillowslips, towels and tea towels. with exception to the World Super Bike and Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix events linen is supplied. Linen hire is available thruough Phillip Island Linen Service on +61 3 5956 6296, should you require this service. Breakages and Damages As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and losses incurred during your tenancy. They are to be reported to the Agent, and then replaced or paid for. No Smoking Please note all holiday rental accommodation listed with this agency is no smoking. Pets Pets are not allowed on or inside the property, unless you have booked a pet friendly property. Cleaning All premises must be left clean and tidy or a cleaning fee of $40 will be charged to the tenant. Disputes The Agent reserves the right to resolve any dispute on behalf of all the involved parties. Vacate Demand The tenant must vacate the premises upon demand of the Agent or Owner without refund upon breach of this agreement. Infringements include causing malicious damage to the property, being/causing a public nuisance, excess noise, accommodating more persons than agreed, setting up makeshift structures i.e. tents or caravans and ignoring warnings or requests from the Agent. Inspections An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the Agent or Owner. Rubbish There are two bins provided for recyclable and household rubbish, please use appropriately. Please ensure that the rubbish bin is lined at all times using the bin liner provided. There is a Council provided rubbish collection (staff will advise of the appropriate day of collection on arrival) and a private collection on the day of departure please place bins at the front of the property for both collections by 9.00am. Family Policy Our company policy is to rent holiday accommodation to families and couples over 25 years of age. Lost/Forgotten Goods and Items Tenants are responsible for any lost/forgotten goods or items left at the property. Tenants will have to make their own arrangements to collect their goods. We are not responsible for any goods or items left at the property and will not send or collect goods left at the property. |
